Agent在自动答疑系统知识共享中的应用研究与实现

Application Research and Implementation of Agent in Automated Answering Resource Sharing

针对远程教育自动答疑系统中的知识库答疑资源不足问题,提出了可采用Agent技术,通过移动Agent到多个资源共享站点搜索,完成答疑任务并补充和完善本地知识库;同时讨论了原型系统中几种Agent的设计并进行了代码实现。实验表明,通过Agent搭建起来的系统平台能够实现多个网络教育站点共享,解决答疑资源不足问题。

This paper, aiming at the lack of resource in the question-answer system, suggests using Agent technology to complete Auto question-answering task and enrich local knowledge base by search several shared resource sites with mobile Agent. It also discusses several designs and code realization of Agent in prototypical system. Experimental results show that the inadequacy of question-answer resources can be solved with the help of QASA.
