伽玛刀治疗颅内疾病

The preliminary report of 1508 cases of intracranial diseases treated by Gamma Knife

目的：探讨γ－刀对颅内疾病的疗效。方法：对１５０８例不同类型的颅内疾病用Ｌｅｋｓｅｌ伽玛刀实施治疗，病种达１７余种。年龄跨度１．０８～８５岁。处方剂量９～１５０Ｇｙ。结果：随访１１～３２个月，疗效是确切的。统计所随访的病例，ＡＶＭ有效率达９０．９８％，良性脑肿瘤有效率为７７．２７％～１００％，恶性肿瘤为７０．５０％～１００％，功能性疾病其有效率为６６．６７％～８８．８７％。结论：伽玛刀放射外科治疗简便、安全，是治疗颅内疾病的又一有效手段，只要掌握指征适当，治疗剂量准确。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficiency of the intracranial diseases with the Gamma Knife treatment. Method:1508 cases with different intracranial diseases in cluding intracranial tumor, AVMs, functional disorders were treated by the Leksell Gamma Knife. The patients ages ranged from 1.08 to 85 years. The administered peripheral dose was from 9 to 150Gy. Results:The 11～32 month followup indicates that the treatment result is satisfied. For more than half year cases, the effective rates for AVMs, benigh tumors, malignant tumors and functional disorders were 90.88%, 77.27%～100%, 70.50%～100% and 66.67%～88.87% respectively. Conclusion:The Gamma Knife radiosurgery is a effective method to treat intracranial disease simplely and safely. So long as we grasp the indications strickly and the adminstered dose acurately, the theraputic efficiency is definite. 
