呋喃氟尿嘧啶联合放疗治疗晚期贲门癌疗效研究

The clinical research on the treatment of advanced cardiac carcinoma by using the FT-207 combined with radiotherapy

目的观察不能手术的贲门癌患者采用放疗联合呋喃氟尿嘧啶(FT-207)治疗的疗效。方法对45例中晚期不能手术的贲门癌行6MVX射线常规放疗的同时口服FT-207片200mg,3次/d,放疗结束后继续口服FT-2071个月,总剂量达到20～40g。结果放疗结束后1个月,临床症状缓解率91.1%(41/45)。X光片示:完全缓解8.9%、部分缓解84.4%,总有效率93.3%。结论放疗联合口服FT-207治疗中晚期贲门癌能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高生存质量,延长生存时间。

Objective To observe the curative effect of using the FT-207 combined with radiotherapy on the patients with the advanced carcinomas of gastric cardia who could not be treated with operation. Methods 45 cases of advanced carcinomas of gastric cardia,who could not be treated with operation, were treated with 6MV-X radiotherapy, at the same time, were given 200 mg FT-207 3 times a day. The patients continued to take FT-207 for one month after radiotherapy. The treatment didn＇ t end until the total dose of FT-207 reaching 20 - 40 g. Results After the treatment ended one month later, the remission rate of clinical symptom was 91.1% （41/45 ） , was 8.9% （4/45） and was 84.4 （38/45）. The total effective rate was 93.3% （42/45）. Conclusion The treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy combining with FT- 207 on advanced carcinomas of gastric eardia can efficiently improve patients＇ clinical symptom, elevate their life quality and prolong their survivals.
