大网膜脂质血管生长因子对小鼠免疫功能影响的初步研究

A Primary Study of Lipid Angiogenie Factor from QmentumAffecting on the mice Immune Function

用提取的家兔大网膜脂质血管生长因子（Ｌｉｐｉｄａｎｇｉｏｇｅｎｉｃｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＬＡＦ）初品，注射于昆明种小白鼠背部皮下，每天一次共五次，同时设置生理盐水对照组。最后测定其免疫功能的变化，结果显示ＬＡＦ对小鼠的血清溶菌酶的产生无明显影响：总体水平（ＣＨ５０）在ＬＡＦ中剂量２５０μｇ／ｍｌ时明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；低剂量（２５μｇ／ｍｌ）和高剂量（２５００μｇ／ｍｌ）的ＬＡＦ对小鼠脾细胞产生特异性抗体能力有明显的抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．００１）。

The lipid angiogenie factor(LAF) was extracted from rabbit Qmentum and injected into subscutis of mice once per day,for five days.The control group was injected natrium chloride instead. The immune function of mice was analysed. The results expressed that LAF has no effect on the levels of lysozyme.The complement was lower when LAF dose was 250 μg/ml;The lower dose(25μg/ml) or higher dose(2500μg/ml) of LAF inhibited the antibody Producde from splenic cells
