摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对刺五加果肉中的脂溶性成分进行了分析。气相色谱从刺五加果肉的油状物中共分离出63种成分,其质谱经Xcalibur工作站检索与NIST标准质谱图库对照,鉴定出了其中13种成分,主要成分为酯类和烷烃类化合物。
The liposoluble components from the pulp ofA canthopanax senticosus ( Rupr. et Maxim) Harms were analyzed by GC-MS computer technology. 63 compounds were obtained and 13 of them were identified by means of indexing the spectrum storeroom. The liposoluble components from the pulp ofA canthopanax senticosus ( Rupr. et Maxim) Harms are mainly esters and alkanes.
