12例低体重新生儿完全性大动脉错位矫治术的术后护理

Nursing care of 12 cases of low birth weight neonates undergoing corrective operation of transposition of the great arteries

总结12例低体重新生儿完全性大动脉错位行大动脉矫治术后的护理经验。认为术后加强心功能的维护,维持适宜的血压、心率、心律,积极防治低心排综合征及毛细血管渗漏综合征,做好呼吸道护理,预防院内感染和加强营养支持等措施是提高手术成功率、降低病死率的关键。本组2例死亡,10例痊愈。

This paper introduced the experience of nursing care of 12 low birth weight neonates underwent corrective operation of transposition of the great arteries. The key points to increase the success rate of operation and reduce mortality rate in postoperative nursing care are the maintenance of heart function and respiratory care,such as keeping suitable blood pressure,heart rate and rhythm,preventing and treating low cardiac output syndrome and capillary leak syndrome,strengthening nursing care of tracheal intubation,preventing hospital infection and improving nutritional support. As a result,10 neonates recovered and 2 neonates died.
