聚乙烯醇-白及胶混合膜药物溶出度的研究

STUDY ON DISSOLUTION OF DRUG CARRYING FILM PREPARED WITH POLYVINYL ALCOHOLGUM BLETILLA

用可见－紫外分光光度法测定聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）－白及胶混合物和单纯聚乙烯醇分别与氢溴酸后马托品制得的载药膜Ａ和Ｂ的药物溶出度，结果表明：Ａ膜的Ｔ５０和Ｔｄ值均大于Ｂ膜。说明白及胶的加入，不但使膜质柔软。

The dissolution of the homatropine hydrobromide carrying films prepared with PVA1788gum Bletilla (film A) and PVA1788PVA0588 (film B) was compared by means of UV/VIS spectrophotometry. The results showed that T50 and Td of film A were better than that of film B, and the addition of Bletilla gum into PVA not only make film soft, but also can improve the drug releasing preformance.
