摘要
2008年，广西平均气温正常，降水量比常年偏多，偏多居1951年以来第3位。年内极端天气气候事件频繁发生：年初广西遭受历史罕见的低温雨雪冰冻天气过程袭击，灾害范围广、强度大、持续时间长，影响涉及电力、交通、农业、林业等行业及人民生产生活的各个方面，造成直接经济损失321．75亿元，超过建国以来任何一次同类灾害造成的损失；6月8～18日，广西出现持续性大范围强降雨，导致山洪暴发，部分江河水位暴涨、洪涝灾害严重；11月上旬广西出现历史同期罕见的强降雨，导致邕江及上游地区发生洪涝灾害。2008年共有4个热带气旋影响广西，热带气旋影响异常偏早，影响偏重。
The analysis shows that the annual average temperature is normal, the annual precipitation is much more than ever, and the extreme weather events are frequent in 2008.
