摘要
通过对《地面气象观测规范》第19章自动观测系统中风速的计算方法进行对比分析研究,认为该计算方法有不合理之处。
By the analysis of the wind calculation method of the ground automatic meteorological observation systems quoted from 《ground meteorological observation norms》 Chapter 19th, the calculation method was pointed out unreasonable to some extent.
