从一门网络培训课程到“虚拟”教师培训学院——北京大学教育技术能力建设计划(初级)网络培训课程的设计与实施被引量：23

摘要本文介绍了北京大学开发的"全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划网络培训(初级)课程的设计和实施"特点。这门网络培训课程参考了美国SLN的研究生网络课程模式,对内容、活动、评价和平台等进行了精心的设计。在培训实施阶段,利用四种教学反馈形式,将教师的个人经验和故事,引入到网络培训课程中,形成了独特的"生成性"课程资源,得到了培训者的欢迎和认同,取得了满意的培训效果。这门网络培训课程在设计和实施中的具体做法,对于其他网络课程的设计具有较好的借鉴意义。
