摘要
综合医院药剂科目标管理的重点是工作质量。本文主要从药品调剂系统、药品供应系统、药品制剂系统及临床药学等方面，叙述医院药剂科工作质量控制标准。
In the department of pharmacy of a comprehensive hospital,the focal point of management by objectives is the workquality.This paper describes the standard of quality control for work in hospital pharmacy in respect to drug dispensing system,drugsupply system,drug preparation system and clinical pharmacy.
