摘要
教学质量是本科院校办学水平的集中体现,提高教学质量是本科院校永恒的主题。21世纪知识经济的到来以及我国高等教育大众化的目标实现给我国高等教育带来了许多新的机遇,同时也使本科院校的教学工作面临许多新的问题和挑战。建构本科院校教学质量保障体系,从专业建设、课程建设、实践教学等环节深化和改进教学工作,有助于推进教学改革,保障和提升本科院校的办学水平。
Teaching quality is the main part of the level of undergraduate universities, and accordingly the permanent theme of these universities. In the 21st century, the knowledge economy and universality of higher education have brought many new challenges and problems as well as new opportunities for China＇s higher education. Therefore, it is of great importance for us to construct the quality-guarantee system for teaching in undergraduate universities, in order to deepen specialty or course construction, improve practical teaching and upgrade the level of education in these universities.
