In recent years China＇s stock market has experienced a shaky situation from bull market to bear companies. With the increase of listed markets, investors pay more attention to the information publication. This paper mainly discusses the relation bctween the importance of information publication of listed companies and the safeguard of investors＇ rights and interests, and the significance to promote the stability and harmony of the society.
