摘要
在软土、水下及繁华市区构建隧道或是特长隧洞工程施工,采用盾构(TBM)技术的优势世人皆知,无庸赘述。所以它问世以来便得到了愈来愈多的应用和日益急进的发展,尤其随着世界现代化的步伐,盾构(TBM)技术几乎集所有工业学科进步于一身,充分展示了它旺盛的生命力和巨大的创造力。在我国,盾构(TBM)技术的广泛应用和高速发展就是最好的说明,可谓是至功甚伟,前景炫目,任重道远,催人奋进。
With rail transit construction into the stage of development by leaps and bounds, security management is facing enormous pressure and challenges. In this paper, through domestic shield construction safety incident statistics, it analyzes the important factors and conditions leading to shiel daccidents; in view of security management characteristics of Beijing,describes construction process of preparation and the main content and measures to construction supervision of the security risks;introduces two important security management tools - construction safety management information system and third-party monitoring system.
