摘要
凝汽器传热组件中的换热管是凝汽器最重要的部件之一,换热管性能的优劣会直接影响机组的运行。合理选择高性价比的换热管材料,始终是凝汽器设计中的关键点。换热管选材主要考虑其应具备优良的传热性能,同时还应有良好的耐腐蚀性能,具有适宜的强度和刚度,并需考虑经济性和易采购及易加工等性能。近年来,各种管材在凝汽器上的应用有了新的进展,特别是铁素体不锈钢管和奥氏体—铁素体双相不锈钢管的应用,将会成为凝汽器换热管材料应用的发展趋势。

In recent years, there is new development of all kinds of tube materials in the application of condenser, especially ferritic stainless steel tube and austenite-ferritic hiphase stainless steel tube will be applied as heat exchange tube materials in condenser.
