摘要
环境监测作为一项科学技术活动,其直接目的就是获取真实准确的环境信息,进而为环境管理工作服务。但我国现行环境监测体制存在诸多缺陷与不足,致使环境监测的目的不能完全实现,必须对其进行改革。
Obtaining true and exact environmental information is the straight aim of environmental monito.ring as a technological activity and serving for the environmental managing work furthermore. Many limitations and shortages of present environmental monitoring system of China bring about the falling of environmental monitoring aim. Present environmental monitoring system of China must be reformed.
