摘要
研究了用离子色谱梯度洗脱-抑制电导检测器同时分离12种有机酸和无机阴离子的规律和色谱条件,建立了最佳梯度程序。在所选实验条件下,方法对所测有机酸和无机阴离子的线性相关系数为0.9929~0.9998,相对标准偏差为4.2%~9.3%,加标回收率为91.4%~107.0%,最低检测限为0.0069~0.34mg/L。方法用于雨水样品的测定,结果令人满意。
The rules and chromatographic conditions for separation and detection of twelve organic acids and inorganic ions by gradient ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity were studied in the paper. IonPac AS11-HC was selected as the separation column, KOH was used as the eluent, and eluent flow rate was lml/min. The method showed good correlation ships (r = 0.9929 - 0.9998), low detection limit(0.0069 - 0.234mg/L), good analytical accuracy and precision(RSD% = 4.2% -9.3%). The recoveries of anions range from 91.4% to 107.0%. The method was applied to determine the organic acids and inorganic ions of rain sample. The results were satisfactory.
