摘要
ONP碎浆过程中,NaOH用量与碎浆时间都对溶解性物质(DS)中阴离子杂质的溶出有影响。随着NaOH用量和碎浆时间的增加,DS中阴离子杂质也随之增加,主要表现为DS的阳离子需求量(CD)、电导率、吸光度的增加。通过气相色谱(GC)定性定量分析了DS中的阴离子杂质。
During the process of pulping, the NaOH dosage and the time of pulping have effect on the release of anionic trash, and DS ( Dissolved Substances) increases with NaOH dosage and pulping time increase. The release mechanism of anionic trash during pulping process of old newspaper was studied. DS was determined by GC (Gas Chromatography) qualitatively and quantitatively.
