摘要
研究了纸浆漂白前螯合预处理的pH值、EDTA及浆浓对金属离子去除的影响。结果表明,螯合预处理的pH值与过渡金属离子的去除率存在着定量关系;在酸性条件下添加EDTA仍能有效去除过渡金属离子;螯合预处理的浆浓对金属离子去除及后续的压力H2O2漂白有一定的影响。
The effect of pH value, pulp consistency and EDTA addition in chelating pretreatment on the removal of metal ions was studied. The results showed that the pH value in chelating pretreatment affects the removal rate of transition metal ions in a quantitative way. EDTA is helpful to remove transition metal ions in acid condition. The pulp consistency in the chelating stage affects the sequent pressured hydrogen peroxide bleaching in some degree.
