高效真菌的共代谢及提高造纸中段废水脱色效率的研究

摘要 从造纸中段废水中分离、筛选出13株菌株,通过其对色度、COD的去除率以及pH值等指标的研究,优选出一株高效真菌——Rhizopus。实验结果表明,在加入了生活污水后,Rhizopus对造纸中段废水中色度和COD的去除率有明显提高,同时pH值也表现出相应的变化。造纸废水中难降解物质可以通过Rhizopus的共代谢作用而得到有效去除。 Thirteen strains were separated and screened from paper mill wastewater. One efficient degrading fungus-Rhizopus was screened based on the evaluation of chroma removal, degradation rate of CODcr, pH value, and so on. The experimental results showed that removal rates of chroma and CODcr of the effluent with adding domestic sewage are significantly improved, meanwhile the pH value changes corres- pondingly. These results indicated that some poor degradable substances could be decomposed effectively by co-metabolism of the fungi. This experiment result can be the application basis for papermaking wastewater treatment.
