血管性痴呆的动物模型

由于大鼠的脑血管分布与人类酷似,因而用大鼠建立其动物模型。大鼠血管阻断法模型有四血管阻断全脑缺血模型(4-VO)、三血管阻断再开放模型(3-VO)、二血管颈总动脉模型(2-VO)及大脑中动脉模型(MCAO)。血管内栓塞多发性脑梗死模型有颈内动脉注射微小栓子模型、舌下静脉注入铁粉模型及左心室注射液体石蜡模型。另外还有光化学诱导模型及血管性痴呆自发模型。

As the distribution of rat brain blood vessels is similar to that of human beings, therefore rat is used to establish the animal model. There are： a modified four-vessel occlusion （4-VO）model for inducing in complete brain ischemia with blocked blood vessel model in rats, three-vessel occlusion model （3-VO）, two-vessel occlusion model （2-VO） and middle cerebral artery model （MCAO）. Endovascular embolization multi-infarct model has internal carotid artery injection model of small emboli, Sublingual intravenous injection of Fe3O4 powder and left ventricular injection of liquid paraffin model. There are also photochemically induced model and the model of spontaneous vascular dementia.
