小剂量短疗程抵克立得对ADP诱导的血小板聚集性的影响
摘要
采用开放型单向序贯设计，检测了小剂量、短疗程抵克立得治疗对ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板预售性的影响。方法为受试者在治疗期间每日１次服用抵克立得２５０ｍｇ，共治疗３周；治疗前后分别测定ＡＤＰ诱导的最大血小板聚集率。结果显示，这种方法能够有效地抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集，值得临床上进一步研究和应用。
