摘要
为了量化港口煤炭粉尘起动过程中水分产生的影响,采用风洞实验测定含水率变化对粉尘颗粒起动风速的影响。结果表明,水分含量的变化对粉尘颗粒起动风速有影响,且对不同粒径颗粒的影响程度不同;当含水率达到一定数值时,较小颗粒的起动风速明显增大。根据实验数据建立了水分作用下粉尘颗粒起动风速的数学模型,经验证相关性优于传统模型,实测值与理论计算值基本一致,可以定量评价不同水分条件下粉尘颗粒的起动风速。
In order to research effect of moisture on threshold velocity of coal dust, a wind tunnel experiment that measured effect of changes in the moisture content of dust particles on threshold velocity is conducted. The results show that the moisture content of dust particles affects the threshold velocity and the degree relates on size of particles. According to the experimental data, a new threshold velocity model of coat dust that considering with effect of moisture has been set up. The new model is better fitted on experimental results than the classical models, and can quantitatively evaluate threshold velocity of coal dust under various moisture conditions.
