摘要
目的:对维可健的抗老防衰,提高机体耐受力等药理作用进行动物实验验证。方法:采用常压耐缺氧实验,游泳实验及果蝇寿命实验等方法。结果:连续7d给药,维可健大剂量组(6.0g/kg)可显著延长小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间(P<005);大、中剂量可显著延长小鼠游泳时间(P<001);拆方组中,除大剂量麦苗延长游泳时间有统计意义外,其余中药部分及中、小剂量麦苗组均对游泳时间无明显影响;依据金正钧Q值法评估维可健的复方药效,中、大剂量Q值均大于1.2,表明该组方合理;果蝇寿命试验表明维可健、麦苗及其它中药部分各浓度均可明显延长寿命。
Objective:To confirm WKJs effects on antiillness,prevention of senility and many other aspects in experimental animals.Methods:Survival time and swimming time of mice,life-span test of D.melanogaster and Jins Q value assay to evaluate the potency of mixed drugs were performed.Results and Conclusion:The survival time of mice administered WKJ 6g/kg daily for 7 days was significantly prolongated under the condition of ordinary pressure and hypoxia.The swimming time of the mice treated with WKJ 3~6g/kg was also markedly increased.In the group of the part component prescription ,only swimming time of the mice treated with large dosage barley (2.4g/kg,equel to WKJ 6g/kg) was prolongated. According to the criteria of Jins Q value to evaluate the potency of mixed drugs,WKJs recipe is rational to create a synergy in pharmacodynamics. The life span test of D.melanogaster showed that their life span could be markedly prtolongated in all of groups.It is considered that WKJ and the main component of its prescription have the effect of antiillness and prevention of senility.
