摘要
以双筒减震器为研究对象,建立了其在压缩和复原两个行程中所产生的阻尼力的参数化模型,用虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW对其在正弦激励作用下的外特性和阻尼特性曲线仿真,通过改变模型中的相关参数,分析了影响减震器特性的主要因素.搭建了减震器的液压测试平台,利用LabVIEW的DAQ采集卡采集减震器在工作过程中所受到的力与所产生相应的位移信号,经过适当的处理,得出了实际的外特性曲线,并将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,发现两者能够较好地吻合,验证了该方法的可行性.
This paper takes the motorcycle double cylinder vibration damper for example, introduce its workingprinciple, the numerical model of the force is established under the condition of recovery and compression for shock absorber. Simulate its external features curve and damping characteristics curve by LabVIEW, by changing the parameters of the model, analyze the facts which influence the shock absorber's features. Build the structures of the hydraulic shock absorber test platform, and use the LabVIEW DAQ acquisition card to collect the double cylinder vibration damper's work force and displacement signal, through the appropriate treatment, get the actual characteristic curve. Compared the experimental results and the simulation results can find that the two have a good matching, which verify the feasibility of the method.
