摘要
柴油机的平衡性能是影响柴油机使用性能的重要因素之一.为了找到贴合实际的620V16柴油机曲轴平衡性计算方法,根据620V16柴油机曲轴图纸,建立了曲轴简化模型,运用内燃机动力学的平衡理论,用数学分析法进行计算,得到了平衡块布置位置角度和重径积的计算值为16.59°和13840.247 N.mm,实际值分别是16.5°和14961.836,15022.638,13286.404,14635.476 N.mm.在与实际值的比较中,角度值贴合实际,重径积值平均差异为4.5%,证明了所采用的方法具有理论指导意义.
Mechanical balance is one of the key factors influencing the performance of diesel engine. In order to find the method of crankshaft balance calculation to 620V16 diesel engine, based on crankshaft blueprint of the 620V16 diesel engine, the crankshaft simplified model was built up, the balance theory on the base of internal combustion engine dynamics was used and the mathematics analytic method was carried on, after that, the calculated value of the counterbalance assign position angle and the weight-diameter product was obtained, which respectively was 16.59° and 13 840.247 N ·mm, the actual angle value was 16.5° and the actual weight-diameter product values were 14 961. 836 N · mm, 15 022. 638 N · mm, 13 286.404 N ·mm, 14 635. 476 N · mm. Comparing to the actual value, the angle value conforms to reality and the average difference of weight-diameter product is 4.5%, the result indicates that the method can be used to design the real counterbalance.
