理工院校国防生卡特尔16种人格因素测查分析

Analysis of Carter 16PF measure with polytechnic college students of national defense

为了了解和掌握国防生的人格特征及心理健康水平,以江苏省理工院校国防生为被试对象,采用卡特尔16种人格因素(16 personality factors,16PF)进行测查分析.结果表明国防生总体的人格特征及心理健康状况良好,但不同学生群体的个性特征存在一定的差异.只有加强国防生创造性、适应性、成就动机等因素的培养,才能培养良好的个性品质;同时,针对不同学生群体需要区别对待,因材施教.

In orer to investigate and analyze personality and mental health level, national defense students of Ploytechnic College in Jiangsu Province were tested using Carter 16 PF（ personality factors）. The survey shows that the PF and mental health states are on the average level. In addition, significant differences in PF exit between the different groups of national defense students. It is necessary to enhance their creativity, adaptability and achievement motivation. Simultaneously, according to students＇aptitudes, it is available to carry out comprehensive personalized education.
