阳离子型水性环氧树脂灌浆材料的研究

摘要 本文通过二烯丙基胺和二乙醇胺改性环氧树脂,分别在环氧树脂的一端引入双键,另一端引入亲水的羟基,再使用不饱和的有机酸中和,得到一种阳离子型的水性环氧树脂。以此水性环氧树脂为主剂,加入必要的辅剂制备的水性环氧树脂灌浆材料,使用水溶性氧化还原引发剂固化,得到性能良好的聚合物凝胶体。此种材料既有较好的强度,又有一定的韧性,且可在水中固化,避免使用大量的有机溶剂,是一种值得开发的多用途的新型水性环氧灌浆材料。 A new type of cationic water-borne epoxy resin was prepared by chemical modification. After reaction, one end of the bisphenol A became tertiary amine containing unsaturated double bonds which could be polymerized by free radial initiation, the other end came to be tertiary amine bearing hydroxyl groups which were beneficial to the improvement of hydrophilic resin. After neutralization with organic acid, the highly hydrophilic resin was finally prepared. A novel cationic waterborne epoxy grouting material was developed by using cationic waterborne epoxy which had been prepared firstly as the main agent.
