可降解长效抗生育埋植剂(Capro-F)的大白鼠抗生育作用

The Contraceptive Effect of the Lxmg term Degrad- abte Implant Caprof on Rats.

为研究左炔诺孕酮埋植剂(Capro-F)的抗生育作用,选用雌性大白鼠140只,随机分为7组,每组鼠分别皮下埋植不同规格的Capro-F胶囊。Capro-F胶囊的规格[囊长(cm)/药重(mg)]分别为①0.6/4.8,②1.2/11.7,③1.8/18.4,④4.0/56.0,⑤2.3/20.0,除规格⑤胶囊每鼠植入两根外,其余四种规格每鼠植入一根,阳性对照组鼠皮下埋植Norplant胶棒,阴性对照组鼠埋植不含药的PCL空囊。埋植术后3天雌雄鼠合笼,观察记录两年中雌鼠生育情况。结果:大鼠植入2根2.3cm的Capro-F胶囊即有长期安全避孕效果。

Objective: To study the contraceptive effect of im-plantable capsules containing levonorgestrel (CaproF) on rats.Methods: 140 female rats were divided into 7 groups and were subcataneously implanted with CaproF capsules of various length/drug weight ratio. The length ( cm)/drug weight(mg) ratio of CaproF were respectivery(1)0.6/4.8; (2)1.2/11.7;(3)1. 8/18.4;(4)4.0/56.0;(5)2.3/20. each rat in type (5) was implanted with two capsules,and in others only one capsule.Each rat in control groups was implanted respectively with Norplant or PCL capsules. After both male and female rats were put together. The contraceptive effect was observed for two years. Result: The Contraceptive effects of CaproF capsule with 4.6cm were of long - term and safe and there was no abnormality found in the rats implanted with CaproF capsules.
