儿童血铅水平与注意力缺陷多动障碍的相关性研究

The Correlation between Serumal Lead Concentration and Attentiondeficit Hyperactivity Disorder Disease in Children

目的探讨儿童血铅水平与注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的相关性。方法通过采用钨舟原子吸收光谱仪测定50例确诊为注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿(ADHD组)及50例正常儿童(对照组)外周静脉血血铅浓度水平,并对血铅浓度水平与ADHD的关系进行分析。结果ADHD男孩多于女孩,ADHD儿童铅中毒率为28%,对照组为8%,ADHD血铅水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果显示,高血铅浓度水平与ADHD存在密切关系。结论血铅高浓度水平可能为ADHD的重要因素之一,应该积极广泛开展儿童铅中毒的防治工作。

Objective To investigate the relation between serumal lead concentration and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder disease in children. Methods Use the atomic absorption spectrometer to detect the peripherad venous serumal lead concentration in fifty samples of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder patients（set up as ADHD group） and fifty samples of normal children（set up as control group）,then analysis the relation between the serumal lead concentration and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder disease. Results There were more girls than boys in ADHD children,and the ration of lead poisoning in ADHD group was 28% ,while 8% in the control group. The serumal lead concentration of ADHD group was significant higher than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The above result indicated that there was some relationg between the effluence of ADHD disease and the high concentration of serumal lead. Conclusion Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder disease in children was related with their high serumal lead concentrations. The high serumal lead concentration may be one an influence factor in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder disease. We should carry out strategy to prevent and cure the lead poisoning in children.
