菌霉克星防霉剂对乳胶涂料的性能影响

应用菌霉克星作纯丙烯酸乳胶涂料的防霉剂，观察了该防霉剂在乳胶涂料中的涂膜性状、涂膜耐水性和耐碱性等性能，并对涂料及涂膜的防腐防霉性能进行了测定。结果表明：该防霉剂用量为０．０５～０．１５％（涂料）时，对纯丙烯酸平光和有光乳胶涂料及涂膜的性能均无影响；对该涂料及涂膜的防腐防霉性能评定等级均为零。

Preservative Killer of Bacteria and Molds (PKBM) is used as antimold in pure acrylic acid lactoprene paint.The effects of the antimold on the property of the paint and its tolerances to water as well as alkaline are observed. The preservative and antimuld properties of the paint are determined. The results are as follows: When the concentration of the antimold is 0.05～0.15% there are no effect on the property of pure acrylis acid luminous and nonluminous lactoprene paint; The preservative and antimold quality of the paint is classified as scale zero. Extensine application is advisable.
