窝沟封闭术与银合金粉充填术预防成人窝沟龋的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Pit and Fissure Sealant and Amalgam for Preventing Adult Pit and Fissure Caries

目的观察和比较窝沟封闭术和银合金粉充填术两种方法对成人磨牙窝沟可疑龋的预防作用。方法按WHO龋齿检查标准,选择147例患者,共400颗窝沟深、釉质浅龋未累及牙本质的患牙,其中200颗行窝沟封闭术进行充填(窝沟封闭组),另200颗对侧同名牙采用银合金粉充填术进行充填(银合金粉充填组),3年后观察效果进行比较。结果两组充填物保留率高,窝沟封闭组完全保留率95%,银合金粉充填组完全保留率96%。两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种方法都可以有效预防窝沟龋的发生,窝沟封闭术有不用制备洞型、能较好保留牙齿健康组织的优点。

Objective To observe and compare two methods that fit and fissure sealant technique and amalgam technique ,which have preventive effect on adult molar caries. Methods According to WHO dental caries inspection standards,select 147 patients,400 caries in total. The caries should be crack deep trench,shallow enamel and not undermine the dentin. We divided them into two groups,200 teeth in each group. One using pit and fissure sealant technique,the other using amalgam,3 years later,we observe and compare the results. Results The fillers＇ retention rate of two groups was high,the former was 95%,and the latter was 96%. There was no significant statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Both of them have preventive effect on dental caries;sealant technique can reserve heath dental organization better.
