摘要
本文报导了以Deet为有效成分配制的驱蚊露剂和乳剂对本地区常见吸血蚊虫的驱避效果。将含Deet浓度分别为2％，5％和10％的露剂或乳剂喷涂于小鼠腹部皮肤及志愿者裸露部位，观察蚊虫叮咬情况。动物实验结果：两剂型2％组持效在3．1—4．3h，5％和10％组8h内均无一蚊虫叮咬。现场应用结果：2％，5％，10％露剂和乳剂持效时间（小时）分别为：2.5±1．17，7．5±1．29，10．4±0．98和4．7±1．56，12．3±0．87，18．3±1．42，两剂型持效时间有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。5％或10％的露剂或乳剂能满足人在室内外的防蚊需要，尤以乳剂效果更佳。
he paper reports the effectiveness of repellent perfume(R. P) and repellent emulsion(R. E) made up ofDeet (N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzadride)agamosquitoes. The results showed that in mice experiment, theprotection times of both formulations sustained 3. 1-4. 3 h in 2％ concentration group and 8h in 5％, 10％groups. The mean protection time of R. P and R. E of 2％, 5％ and 10％ concentration among volunteers inclassroom were 2. 5±1. 17, 7. 5±1. 29, 10. 4±0. 98 and 4. 7±1. 56, 12. 3＋0. 87, 18. 3±1. 42 h respectively,and there were significant differences between the two formulations.
