摘要
目的探讨口服产气剂对治疗植物性胃石的临床疗效。方法口服青岛东风化工厂生产的医用硫酸钡配套产气剂同时口服小苏打,多体位活动。结果18例植物性胃石患者口服产气剂及小苏打,3d后复查胃石消失,其中5例患者服药1d临床症状好转,2例合并胃炎转入内科治疗。结论口服产气剂治疗植物性胃石,作用显著,效果良好,且未发现任何不良反应,本方法操作简单方便、经济,使患者免受手术之苦,相比值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective Probe the clinical efficacy of oral foaming agent on plant gastrolith. Methods Take orally the medical barium sulfate with foaming agent made by Qingdao Dongfeng Chemical Factory and baking soda simultaneously and implement the multi-posture activity. Results Three days later,the callback shows that 18 plant gastrolith recovered,five of which improved 1 day after the dosing,and 2 of which switched to gastritis, and then transferred to medical department for treatment. Conclusion The oral foaming agent is obviously effective on curing plant gastrolith, and it takes no any side effect. This method is operated easily, conveniently and economically, and it keeps the patients safe from the suffering of the operation. Comparatively, the method is worth being popularized and applied clinically.
