Content determination of the puerarin in Yi'nao Fujian Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的:建立测定益脑复健胶囊中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Hy-persil BDS C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(19ml∶81ml),流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃,采用外标法。结果:葛根素在0.156～0.936μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991;平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于益脑复健胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To determine the content of the puerarin in Yi＇nao Fujian Capsules by RP-HPLC. Methods： RPHPLC was used, the Hypersil BDS Cls column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was the methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid（19 ml：81 ml） with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 250 nm, the column temperature was 30℃. Results： The standard cure of puerarin was linear in the range of 0.156-0.936 μg, r=0.999 1. The average recovery rate was 99.0% with a RSD of 0.6%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yi＇nao Fujian Capsules.
