小鼠孕期染镉对子代免疫功能的影响

Effects of exposure of cadmium during pregnancy on immune function of offspring in mice

小鼠在受孕第９～１５天给予氯化镉灌胃，剂量分别为０，１．０，１０．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，检测其仔鼠在４和８周龄对各项免疫功能的变化。结果发现，从时间上来看，仔鼠外周血白细胞总数、Ｔ淋巴细胞计数和血清溶血素滴度在８周龄时低剂量组有刺激作用，在４周龄时均无影响，表现出迟发作用；从剂量上看，８周龄时上述指标均为低剂量有刺激作用，高剂量无影响。而血清溶菌酶是在４周龄时高剂量组有抑制趋势。母鼠产后２１天肝肾内有明显的镉蓄积，仔鼠胸腺、脾、肝、肾中却未见明显镉蓄积。

Pregnant mice were administered CdCl 2 by gavage between days 9～15 of gestation at dose levels of 0,1 0 or 10 0mg/kg.The alteration of immune function of offspring was assayed at the age of 4 and 8 weeks old.The results showed that at the aspect of time,peripheral WBC total count,T lymphocyte count and serum haemolysin of offspring were stimulated at low dose at the age of 8 weeks old,but were not affected at the age of 4 weeks old, which might be delayed effect.At the aspect of dose,low dose of Cd had stimulative effects on these indicators whereas high dose of Cd had no effect on them.Serum lysozyme showed an inhibited trend in high Cd dose group at the age of 4 weeks old.Significant Cd accumulation was found in maternal liver and kidney even at the 21st postnatal day,but not in 4 week old offspring thymus,spleen,liver and kidney,which suggest that the effects of Cd on immune function of offspring are not direct effects. \ \
