摘要
目的观察冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病经皮冠状动脉介入术者口服他汀类药物的调脂效果以及不良反应。方法2006年l月至2008年12月符合入选条件的80例患者随机分为阿托伐他汀10mg/d(A1组)、20mg/d(A2组),辛伐他汀20 mg/d(B1组)、40 mg/d(B2组)四组。用药后30d,检测患者血中血脂水平等,并监测不良反应。结果四组患者治疗后TC、LDL-C均有明显下降有统计学意义,但四组间无统计学差异,高剂量组和低剂量组相比,有进一步下降的趋势。四组安全性相似。结论他汀药物常用剂量对PCI术后患者安全有效,调脂作用强,对高危患者保护作用更加明显,但需严密监测肝功能。
Objective To study the safety and effects of different dose of statins on serum lipids and clinical events in CHD patients post PCI. Methods 80 patients with CHD post successful PCI were randomly divided into atorvastatin 10mg/d （group A1）, atorvastatin 20mg/d（group A2）, simvastatin 20mg/d （group B1）and simvastatin 40mg/d （group B2）. The serum alanine aminotransterase （ALT）, lipids were studied after treated. Results The TC and LDL-C levels in the four groups were decreased （P〈0.05）, but they had no significant difference between each other （P〉0.05）. All four groups of patients had the same safety. Conclusion The usual dose of two statins is safe and effect to patients post PCI.
