静脉滴注华蟾素不良反应的临床观察及预防

Clinical Observation of Side Effects by Intravenous Drip of Cinobufagin and Prevention

目的为了减轻华蟾素静脉滴注的不良反应,减轻患者的痛苦。方法在静脉滴注华蟾素注射液时,加入小剂量3～4mg酚妥拉明。结果患者输液侧肢体无疼痛感,且滴注速度不会减慢。结论在静脉滴注华蟾素注射液时,加入小剂量3～4mg酚妥拉明,可减轻华蟾素静脉滴注的不良反应,且无不良反应,可作为临床常规应用。

Objective To reduce the Side Effects and Patients＇ Pain by Intravenous Drip of Cinobufagin. Methods When Driping of Cinobufagin, I added 3-4mg Phentolamine to it. Results the patients felt impassible,and infusion rate would not to slow down. Conclusion If we add 3-4mg Phentolamine to Cinobufagin when driping of it,that could reduce side effects and be harmless,this method could be used by clinical staff routinely.
