α-硫辛酸与恩再适联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Clinical Observation to Combination Treatment of Alpha Lipoic Acid and Analgecine for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察α-硫辛酸(ALA)与恩再适联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法回顾性分析重庆市第八人民医院内科2008年5月至2009年3月收治的35例DPN患者,治疗给予ALA 600mg+恩再适7.2U静脉滴注,1次/d,共2周。比较治疗前后患者临床症状和体征变化,其中疼痛应用VAS评分进行比较。结果治疗后有效率达95.5%。治疗前患者VAS评分为(5.20±2.50),治疗后患者VAS评分为1.85±1.25,两组相比差异显著(P<0.001)。结论A-LA与恩再适联用可显著改善DPN的临床症状,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of alpha lipoic acid （ALA） and Analgecine in combination treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods The clinical date of 35 DPN patients in our department from May, 2008 to March, 2009 were retrospectively analyzed; in treatment, 600rag ALA and 7.2U Analgecine infusion were given one time per day for two weeks. The clinical symptoms as well as physical signs and changes before and after treatment were compared, among which the pains were compared through application of visual analog scale （VAS）. Results The effective rate reached 95.5% while the VAS of patients before treatment is （5.20±2.50） and （1.85±1.25） after treatment. There was an obvious difference between two groups （P〈0.001）. Conclusions Combination treatment of ALA and Analgecine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of DPN, which is a treatment method can be widely used.
