扩张型心肌病心电图分析75例

The ECG Analysis about 75 Case of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Patients

目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心电图改变特点,加深对扩张型心肌病的认识。方法回顾分析75例DCM患者的心电图资料,总结DCM心电图特点。结果75例患者中有73例DCM患者的心电图有异常,其中以心律失常最多见(86.7%),其他依次为ST-T改变(54.7%),房室肥大(50.7%),低电压(16%),异常Q波(6.7%)等。结论DCM有多种心电图表现,其心律失常发生率高,且多样易变,其发生与广泛心肌纤维化致心电生理异常,影响心肌细胞的电传导和自律性有关。

Objective To discuss dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） patients with ECG changes characteristic of dilated cardiomyopathy deepen their understanding of disease. Method Aanalysis of 75 cases of DCM care of patients with ECG data, summed up the characteristics of DCM electrocardiogram. Results 73 cases of DCM in patients with abnormal ECG, of which the most common arrhythmia （86.7%）, followed by ST-T changes （54.7%）, atrioventrieular hypertrophy （50.7%）, low voltage （16%）, Q-wave abnormalities （6.7%） and so on. Conclusion There are many ECG DCM performance, its high incidence of arrhythmia, and various volatile, the occurrence of extensive myocardial fibrosis and cardiac electrophysiological abnormalities caused by affecting the myocardial cells and the electrical conductivity of the self-discipline.
