海藻酸钙软骨材料的凝胶化过程研究

摘要 以软骨材料的研究和应用为背景,在分析了海藻酸钙作为软骨材料的研究现状和应用前景的基础上,制备了海藻酸钙凝胶微球软骨填充材料,考察了材料的粒径、含水量、凝胶速率、力学性能和溶胀性能,了解了材料组分、配比对材料性能的影响;通过对凝胶微球表面形貌的观察,了解了凝胶微球表面的特点,通过红外光谱的分析,了解了凝胶反应对凝胶材料谱峰的影响。 The present paper took the cartilage material research and the application as a oachground, analyzed the present research situation and the application prospect of the calcium alginate as the cartilage material,prepared calcium alginate microspheres cartilage filling material. By inspecting the particle size of material,the water content,the gelling speed, mechanical performance and dissolution-inflation performance, understood the influence of material component and proportion on the material performance. By observing the surface appearance of calcium alginate microspheres, understood characteristics of surface of the microspheres,and by analyzing the infrared spectrum, understood the influence of gelling reaction on the material spectrum peak.
