摘要 用反相液相色谱法同时测定苯酚丙酮反应液中苯酚、苯乙酮、过氧化氢异丙苯、α-甲基苯乙烯、异丙苯的质量分数。以甲醇和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,采用紫外可变波长270 nm-215 nm-254 nm检测获得了较好的分离效果和较低的检测限。该法用于评价苯酚丙酮催化效果时,得到了很好的结果。该方法简便、快速、准确。 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of phenol,acetophenone(phenyl methyl ketone),isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide, α-methyl styrene, cumin in phenol-acetone reaction liquid has been developed. The gradient separation was achieved within 30min by using a TSK-GEL ODS-100 s column(250 mm;K 4.6 mm,5μm) with methanol and water as the mobile phase. They were detected at 270 nm-215 nm-254 nm at different retention times by UV/Vis spectrophotometer. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
