摘要
设计制作并试验研究了利用电磁成型机电源的电弧炮,k结果表明弹丸速度随电源能量的增加和熔丝质量的减少而增大。在10kJ的能量下把弹丸加速到了近1km/s。在该速度下的大颗粒(φ4钢球)以及小颗粒(φ0.1金钢砂)和微粒(微米级Cr2O3抛光粉)与经固溶处理和电场时效的1420铝合金权的撞击试验表明,粒子注入深度与粒子大小相当。大颗粒穿透1.8mm板材时在其轨迹旁材料中的塑性变形成波浪型分布,而小粒子注入时表现为粒子旁材料的塑性变形很小,且因弹性回复粒子在正前方与被注入材料间存在间隙。
A electric-arc-gun by utilizing the Electric-Magnetic-Forming(EMF)device as the power source was designed.The emission experiment show that as the power energy increases and the quantity of the fuse decreases,the speed ofthe bullet increases.A 0.25g bullet was enuttled at about 1km/s when the power is 10KJ.At such a speed,the bigger bullet(4mm steel ball),small bullet(0.2mm sand)and micro particle(Cr2O3 polishing powders)impact test show that the planting depth is almost the same as the size of the particles.The deformation by the orbit of the steel ball showed a wave type distribution,and it’s very wake around the small sand partlcles.There is a small spate between the small particles and the specimen since the release of the elestic energy.
