摘要
目的了解长宁区现代化商务大楼员工的卫生服务需求和利用现状及存在的问题,为构建和谐卫生服务提供政策依据。方法对5栋商务大楼员工进行抽样调查,共计1001人,调查问卷在调查对象自填后回收。结果341人调查前2周内出现不适症状;77.7%的调查对象患病后进行了治疗,患病后选择社区卫生服务中心就诊率为21.1%;卫生服务满意率为10.3%,不满意的主要原因是医疗费用高、就诊等候时间过长、收费不合理;希望获得健康体检、健康咨询、饮食指导等卫生服务,获得健康饮食和慢性病防治等健康相关知识。结论提高对现代化商务大楼员工健康状况的重视程度,积极采取措施为其提供有效的卫生服务来满足他们的健康需求。
OBJECTIVE To understand the status of the utilization and demand of health service among the employees in central business buliding (CBD)from Changning District in Shanghai, in order to provide policy basis for the govemment to establish harmonious health service. METHODS 1001 employees from 5 CBD were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. The questionnaires were reclaimed after the employees completed by themselves. RESULTS The two-week sickness rate of the employees was 34.1%. 77.7% of the employees received medical treatments when they were ill. 21.1% of the employees preferred to visit community health facilities. The rate of satisfaction of health services for the employees was 10.3%. The main discontent causes were the high-cost of medical care and the long waiting - time and the unjustifiable charges. The employees were hoping for health checkup and health consultations and diet guidance and the health knowledge including healthy diets and preventions of chronic non-infectious diseases. CONCLUSION More attention should be paid to the health of the employees in CBD. And the active measures should be taken to offer the efficient services in order to content their health demand.
