摘要
从理论的角度探讨了乡村医生培训的依据,运用卫生法学、生命伦理学、社会医学与卫生事业管理知识得出如下结论:乡村医生培训是卫生法中保护公民健康原则的运用,是法律赋予乡村医生的权利和义务,是医德规范的要求,是以"农村为重点、依靠教育"为内容的我国新时期卫生工作方针的具体体现,是生物—心理—社会医学模式对医学教育影响的结果。
In this thesis, we study the basis for the training of rural doctors from a theoretical view. According to the health law, bioethics, social medicine and health services management knowledge, we make conclusions below: training of rural doctors is the practice of protection of the health of the citizens which belongs to health law, and it is norm of medical ethics. Besides, training of rural doctors also embodies one of the health work principles that "focusing on rural areas~ and depending on education" in the new period in China. In addition, training of rural doctors is the consequence of biological - psychological - social medical model of medical education.
