摘要
采用二次阳极氧化法制备了阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板.以Pb(CH3COO)2.3H2O和Ti(C4H9O)4为反应物,采用溶胶-凝胶模板法在AAO模板的纳米孔洞中合成出了高度有序的PbTiO3纳米线.首先,将氧化铝模板浸入Pb-TiO3溶胶中60 min,然后将此模板于空气气氛中550℃煅烧3 h,得PbTiO3纳米线.用SEM,TEM,ED,XRD和EDS对纳米线进行了表征.结果表明,所得PbTiO3纳米线为四方相多晶结构,直径约为70 nm、长度约为10μm,晶胞参数a=b=3.933 nm,c=4.024 nm.
Anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) template was prepared by two-step anodization method. High- ly ordered PbTiO3 nanowires were synthesized via sol-gel template method within the nano-holes of AAO template, using PbCCH3COO)2· 3H2O and Ti(C4HgO)4 as reactants. At first, AAO template was im- pregnated with PbTiO3 sol for 60 min and then followed by sintcring the template for 3 h at 550 ℃ in the at- mosphere, and the PbTiO3 nanowires were obtained. The products were characterized by SEM, TEM, ED, XRD and EDS. The results indicate that the as prepared PbTiO3 nanowires with the diameter of 70 nm and the length of 13μm are tetragonal phase and polycrystalline structure, and the parameters of crystal cell are a = b =3. 933 nm, c =4. 024 nm.
