农村留守女性人力资源开发问题及其对策研究——以昆明市郊区为例

Research on the Human Resources Development Issues and Their Countermeasures of Rural Remaining Women:The Example of Kunming Suburb

农村留守女性是改革开放以来在我国农村出现的一个独特的女性群体。本文根据昆明市郊区农村留守女性抽样调查所得的数据,分析了她们在教育、就业、身心健康、社会地位、娱乐休闲等方面存在的问题、特征及其原因,并从人力资源开发的角度提出相应的对策与建议。

Rural remaining women is a unique group of women in China＇s rural after the reform and opening.According to sample survey of rural remaining women in the Kunming suburb and related documents,this paper analyses some existing problems,characters and causes on their education, employment, health, social status, leisure and entertainment areas,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions with the human resources development theory.
