甘肃省农村剩余劳动力转移问题探析

农村剩余劳动力转移是解决"三农"问题的重要措施,也是实现社会主义新农村建设的主要途径。甘肃省由于经济发展落后,农村剩余劳动力转移问题更为突出。如何适应市场经济要求,进一步合理、有序地转移农村剩余劳动力,直接关系到甘肃省小康社会全面建设的成败。本文试图通过对甘肃省农村剩余劳动力现状的分析,研究甘肃省农村劳动力转移过程中存在的主要问题,并提出促进农村剩余劳动力转移的相应措施。

The transfer of rural surplus labor force is an important method of resolving the Three Rural Issues, and also the main approach to achieve the new socialism rural construction. Owning to the undeveloped economy in Gansu Province, the transfer of rural surplus labor becomes greater noteworthy. How to adapt to the requirements of market economy and transfer the rural surplus labor in reasonable and ordly way. These are directly related to the success or failure of comprehensive construction to well-off society in Gansu province. This article attempted to analyse the current situation of rural surplus labor force in Gansu Province, then examined the main problems existed during it and finally proposed the corresponding methods to promote the labor force transfer.
