摘要
采用过氧乙酸水相悬浮法制备环氧化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(ETPI),通过过酸浓度差法、称重法、红外光谱法、核磁共振法对ETPI环氧度进行表征。结果表明,以核磁共振法测定的环氧度为基准,采用过酸浓度差法、称重法测定的ETPI环氧度误差大于20%;ETPI的红外谱图中A1250/A1383值与环氧度具有很好的线性关系,可以通过核磁共振法和红外谱图校正曲线来校正红外法测定的环氧度。
Epoxidized trans - 1,4 -polyisoprene(ETPI) was synthesized by water phase suspension method in this article. The epoxy content of ETPI was characterized by the method of change of peracetic acid concentration, weighing method, IR and ^1 H -NMR. The results showed that the error of the epoxy content of ETPT tested by the change of peracetic acid concentration and weighing method was more than 20% compared with 1 H-NMR. The A1250/A1383 in IR spectrum of ETPI had a good linear relation with the epoxy content tested by 1 H - NMR. The epoxy content of ETPI could be obtained only by IR spectrum.
