摘要
介绍了以过硫酸盐为引发剂,以十二烷基苯磺酸盐为乳化剂的自由基乳液聚合法合成丙烯酸酯橡胶;讨论了单体配比、单体加入方式、活性单体加入量、聚合反应时间、聚合反应温度、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量等对聚合反应及产品性能的影响。通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射、热失重分析、玻璃化转变温度等对丙烯酸酯聚合物结构进行了表征。
Synthesis of acrylate rubber was studied by free radical emulsion polymerization, useing salts persulfateas initiator and salts of dodecylbenzene sulfonate as emulsifier. The effects of monomer proportion, method of charging materials, mass fraction of active monomer, reactive time, reactive temperature,mass fraction of initiator,mass fraction of emulsifier on polymerization and properties of copolymer were discussed. And at the same time, Structures of acrylate rubber were characterized by infrared spectrum,wide-angle x-ray diffraction patterns,weight loss versus temperature and DSC curves and so on.
